Warranty Terms & Conditions
ITO Physiotherapy ultrasound and electrotherapy devices have a 3-year warranty on the units and a 1-year warranty on applicators. Wear items such as electrodes and leads have a 6-month warranty period and are covered for manufacturer defects, not general wear and tear.
Warranties cover manufacturer defects, not general wear and tear. Repairs are generally done on a mail-in basis, and loaners are available when needed. You can contact the technical support team for assistance.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
BTL Physiotherapy ultrasound and electrotherapy devices have a 2-year warranty on the unit and applicator and a 6-month warranty on leads and electrodes. Accessories and parts sold separately at the initial time of unit purchase or outside of the unit warranty period are governed by a 6-month warranty.
