OrthoCanada Price Match Policy
Our mission for over 30 years has been to improve the health, wellness, and mobility of Canadians. We’re proud to offer our clients the best quality products at the best possible price. If you find an identical product for less with another Canadian supplier, OrthoCanada will gladly match their pricing.
Certain conditions apply; see further below.
To initiate a Price Match, please fill out the Price Match Request form.
Our price-matching policy is only available to Healthcare Professional accounts and applies to current orders only.
Eligible Products
To be eligible for a price match, the product must be the same brand, model, colour and size. Products that are not an exact match do not qualify for price matching.
Non-Eligible Products
Price matching does not apply to products that are refurbished, opened, pre-owned, damaged, on clearance, discontinued, part of a bundle or special order.
Conditions for Price Matching
Price must be in Canadian dollars and include all additional charges or fees that may apply.
OrthoCanada will price match Canadian suppliers only.
Price must be current and public. OrthoCanada must be able to verify the price via a link or an electronic copy of the pricing. Verbal agreements with other companies do not qualify.
OrthoCanada reserves the right to limit quantities purchased.
A price match cannot be combined with additional discounts or special offers.
Price matching is not guaranteed in all situations and is subject to approval.
