OrthoCanada is the exclusive distributor of BTL Physiotherapy Shockwave units in Canada.

Your Shockwave needs to be cleaned daily to stay in good working order and prolong its lifetime. It is very important, as the most common cause of service is the unit not being cleaned often enough. Cleaning videos for each of the BTL Shockwave units can be viewed further below.

Besides regular cleaning of the outside of the applicator as well as cleaning the coupling pads after use, the FOCUS applicator is completely maintenance-free. It is guaranteed for 3 million shocks, but can continue being used until 10 million shocks.

We keep replacement coupling pads and FOCUS applicators in stock, but they are not currently listed on our website. Please contact your sales rep or our sales team for assistance.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

BTL Shockwave units have a 2-year warranty on the unit and applicator. Parts and accessories sold separately are governed by a 6-month warranty. Revision kits are guaranteed for 6 months or 2 million shocks. FOCUS applicators are guaranteed for 2 years or 3 million shocks.

Warranties cover manufacturer defects, not general wear and tear. Repairs are generally done on a mail-in basis, and loaners are available when needed. Please contact the technical support team for assistance.
