NuStep Recumbant Bikes, Cross Trainers & Upper Body Ergometer
OrthoCanada is the exclusive distributor of NuStep products in Canada.
Using a non-abrasive spray cleaner and a soft cloth, gently wipe the arm, console, seat, covers and frame of your NuStep unit. Avoid spraying the product directly onto the unit and refrain from soaking any electronic components. Dry promptly.
Recommended Cleaning Products
Although NuStep products are designed to be maintenance free, it is recommended you clean them weekly to increase the useful life of your NuStep unit.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
NuStep products have a 10-year warranty on the metal frame, a 3-year warranty on parts and a 1‑year warranty on labour. The T4r has a 10-year warranty on the metal frame, a 5-year warranty on parts, and a 1-year warranty on labour. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not general wear and tear. You can contact the NuStep directly for assistance opening a warranty claim at support@nustep.com.
