Warranty Terms & Conditions
BTL Physiotherapy modalities have a 2-year warranty on the unit and applicator and a 6-month warranty on accessories.
Warranties cover manufacturer defects, not general wear and tear. Repairs are generally done on a mail-in basis, and loaners are available when needed. You can contact the technical support team for assistance.
