Whether you’re located in Little Shuswap or Happy Valley Goose Bay, our goal is to provide the best possible delivery service at an affordable price. We understand that getting your order to you promptly is our priority.

Free Shipping in Canada over $250

Unless weight or size is a factor or the product is shipping to a remote location, in which case a customer service rep will contact you.

Items that require Freight Shipping are not eligible for this policy.

Healthcare Professional Shipping Rates for Ground Shipments:

Standard shipping rate for Healthcare Professional orders less than $250 is $12.95*
The standard shipping rate for Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territory is $24.95*
and $19.95* for Newfoundland & Labrador.

*Unless weight or size is a factor, in which case a customer service rep will contact you.

Consumer Shipping Rates for Ground Shipments:

Standard shipping rate for Consumers orders less than $250 is $15.95*.
The standard shipping rate for Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territory is $24.95* 
and $19.95* for Newfoundland & Labrador.

Freight Shipping

Certain items on OrthoCanada.com require freight shipping due to their weight or size. These items are not eligible for our Free Shipping Policy and will require a delivery quote from our team.

For select products, freight charges have been pre-calculated by region and will appear as a selectable option on the item's web page. 

Freight orders processed on the website may incur additional charges if shipping to a location outside of a major city center. A representative will follow up should additional charges apply. 

Our preferred shipping partner is FedEx, and unless otherwise discussed, all freight deliveries will be handled by FedEx.

A curbside delivery means the driver will unload the equipment from the truck and leave it 
outside near the truck. The driver will not deliver the equipment inside or uncrate it.  

If you request an inside delivery while the driver is on site and have not discussed the need for this additional service with your sales representative, an additional charge will apply

Great! We have options for that! Reach out to our sales team by phone or email, and they will be happy to provide you with white glove options.

Yes! FedEx freight shipments include a call-ahead service the day before delivery to schedule a delivery timeframe.

White Glove Delivery Service

This is a customized per-delivery solution provided by select freight companies with which OrthoCanada works.

Would you like your delivery brought inside? Let us know! OrthoCanada works with multiple freight partners across Canada, and some of them offer higher levels of service. Speak with your sales rep to discuss your needs and get an accurate quote for the service that best suits you.

Shipping FAQs

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and method of delivery. Special order items will be identified online and may take several weeks to arrive. A general ETA is provided online for special order items.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a receipt/invoice email with a FedEx or Canada Post tracking number.

If your order was placed online, a tracking number will also be provided in the Order History section of your account.

Healthcare professionals may request a return authorization from our office. Please fill out the Product Return Form. One of our team members will reach out by email with next steps. See our complete policy on Return requests here.
