How to Position Your Head and Neck on the Tri-Core® Pillow

For Back Sleeping:

• Place your head in the center contour of the pillow.
• Ensure your neck rests comfortably on the gently raised edge so your head is supported without being pushed forward.
• Adjust the pillow position so your shoulders rest just below the edge of the pillow.

For Side Sleeping:
