How to Position Your Head and Neck on the D-Core® Pillow

For Back Sleeping:

• Place your head in the center D-shaped cavity.
• Allow your neck to rest along the gently elevated edge for comfortable positioning.
• Position the pillow so your shoulders are just below the edge.

For Side Sleeping:

• Place your head on one of the raised side edges.
• Keep your neck level with your spine so your head does not tilt up or down.
