Continuous Passive Motion Therapy for Knee and Lower-Limb Rehabilitation

The BTL CPMotion K is designed for clinics, hospitals and rehabilitation departments that need a reliable continuous passive motion device for lower-limb recovery. CPM therapy continuously and repeatedly moves the joint through a controlled range of motion, helping support early rehabilitation when active movement may be limited.

The CPMotion K is available in three configurations: Easy, Pro and Elite. The Easy model provides a practical entry-level CPM solution with start/stop remote control, high-speed movement and quick setup. The Pro model adds a touchscreen remote, advanced therapy settings, real-time angle control, 13 automatic preset protocols and up to 50 user-defined protocols. The Elite model includes the Pro features plus an ankle module, making it the most complete option in the CPMotion K family.

Designed for busy clinical environments, the CPMotion K is quick to set up, easy to clean and does not require a fleece patient kit. The unique click system helps reduce manual adjustment time, while the remote-control options allow clinicians to manage treatment settings efficiently.

Who can benefits from a BTL CPMotion K?

Physiotherapy clinics

Useful for clinics supporting post-operative knee and lower-limb rehabilitation where controlled passive motion is part of the treatment plan.

Hospitals and surgical rehabilitation departments

Ideal for facilities supporting patients after knee, hip or lower-limb procedures that require early controlled movement.

Orthopaedic rehabilitation clinics

Helpful for clinics working with patients recovering from joint procedures, ligament reconstruction or fracture-related rehabilitation.

Multi-disciplinary rehabilitation centres

Beneficial for clinics that want a professional CPM system available in multiple configurations, from basic knee CPM to advanced, protocol-based therapy with ankle-module support.

Mechanism of Action

Continuous passive motion therapy moves the joint through a controlled range of motion without requiring active muscle effort from the patient. During early rehabilitation, this passive movement can help maintain or gradually increase joint mobility while supporting safe movement during the healing phase.
