Order Policy

OrthoCanada reserves the right to accept or refuse any order.
Minimum order: CAD$25 for Canada, US$25 for US, US$100 for International, US$ 5,000 for International Distributors.
Some products may not be available to all countries.
Secure Online Method of Payment accepted: Visa credit cards.
Shipping and handling fees, duties, brokerage and taxes are not included in listed prices.

Shipping Conditions
Canada:For most items your order will be received within 2 to 7 business days. Shipping time is approximate. Our standard shipping is Expedited Parcel by Canada Post. Larger items require freight quotations.
 
Continental US:For most items your order should be received within 3 to 15 business days. Shipping time is approximate. Our standard shipping is via US Xpresspost. Larger items require freight quotations and your Federal Identification Number.
 
International:For most items your order should be received within 3 to 15 business days. Larger items require freight quotations. Our standard shipping is via Purolator International. Larger items require shipping quotations.Some products may not be available to all countries. Some countries may require further information on the origin and destination of the products sold.

Return Policy
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product please contact OrthoCanada immediately. If you should find product to be unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 10 days of receipt for refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied after 10 days and 25% after 30 days. No returns will be accepted past 60 days. Books, videos, some braces and all support garments worn next to the skin are non-returnable. The product must be returned in ”new condition” (suitable for resale).
 
A Return Authorization Number is required for any returns and will be given on request by phoning 819-671-3399.
 
When returning goods, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs going to and from the customer. Use extra caution when packing to avoid damage.

 
 
Customer Service Hours
OrthoCanada's customer service is open from Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm.

OrthoCanada's customer service is closed on the following statutory holidays:Easter Monday, Good Friday,Victoria Day,St-Jean-Baptiste, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, between Christmas and New Years Eve and during the first two weeks of August.

 
Governing Law
The Terms and all related transactions will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. The Customer hereby agrees to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.
 
The Customer acknowledges that the products sold are subject to, and Customer agrees to comply with the export control laws and regulations of Canada.
