Order Policy
OrthoCanada reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. Some products may not be available to all countries. Secure Online Method of Payment accepted: Visa and Master Card. Shipping and handling fees, duties, brokerage and taxes are not included in listed prices.
Shipping Conditions
Canada: Standard shipping is with UPS or with Canada Post. Larger items ship via freight (truck) companies.
USA: Standard shipping is with UPS. A Federal Identification Number may be required.
International: Standard shipping is with UPS. Some products may not be available to all countries. Some countries may require further information on the origin and destination of the products sold.
Return Policy
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product please contact OrthoCanada immediately. If you should find product to be unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 10 days of receipt for refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied after 10 days and 25% after 30 days. No returns will be accepted past 60 days. Books, videos, some braces and all support garments worn next to the skin are non-returnable. Special orders are non-returnable. The product must be returned in ”new condition” (suitable for resale).
A Return Authorization Number is required for any returns and will be given on request by phoning 819-671-3399. When returning goods, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs going to and from the customer. Use extra caution when packing to avoid damage.

The Terms and all related transactions will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. The Customer hereby agrees to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec. The Customer acknowledges that the products sold are subject to, and Customer agrees to comply with the export control laws and regulations of Canada.
