The Pec Deck unit enable you to isolate the pectoralis muscles of the chest. The ergonomically shaped back support and the adjustable seat make the training very comfortable. By using the optional foot pedals you can also alter the resistance during the training.

On all HUR units you adjust the resistance by two buttons. Pressing the black (+) button increases the resistance and the red (-) button decreases the load. This means that the resistance start at zero. This is especially appreciated by the unfit, by elderly users as well as in rehabilitation. |
| Adjustable Seat |

Some units have steplessly adjustable seats. To raise the seat you simply lift it to the correct height. When you release it will automatically lock in position. To lower the seat simply elevates the front of the seat that will release the locking and you can lower it to the desired height. |
