Standard
Resistance    Adjustment   On all HUR units you adjust the resistance by two buttons. Pressing the black (+) button increases the resistance and the red (-) button decreases the load. This means that the resistance start at zero. This is especially appreciated by the unfit, by elderly users as well as in rehabilitation.
Adjustable  Seat Some units have steplessly adjustable seats. To raise the seat you simply lift it to the correct height. When you release it will automatically lock in position. To lower the seat simply elevates the front of the seat that will release the locking and you can lower it to the desired height.

Options
Foot Pedals Foot Pedals are available for the machines where you exercise your arms and upper body. This allows you change the resistance also during the exercise.
Isometric Testing Sensor Attachment Using the HUR Performance Recorder (additional cost), it is possible to make isometric measurements on all units that have the optional sensor attachments.
Smart Card With the smart card option you are able to automatically set the resistance according to your pre-set plan. You are also able to follow up your training session and progress.
