The Lat curl unit has been designed to target the muscles of the back of the shoulder. By altering the position and angle of the arms it allow you to target either the back of the Deltoid muscles of the shoulder or the Rhomboids muscles of the back. The seat height is also adjustable.

| Resistance Adjustment |

On all HUR units you adjust the resistance by two buttons. Pressing the black (+) button increases the resistance and the red (-) button decreases the load. This means that the resistance start at zero. This is especially appreciated by the unfit, by elderly users as well as in rehabilitation. |
| Adjustable Seat |

Some units have steplessly adjustable seats. To raise the seat you simply lift it to the correct height. When you release it will automatically lock in position. To lower the seat simply elevates the front of the seat that will release the locking and you can lower it to the desired height. |

Foot Pedals are available for the machines where you exercise your arms and upper body. This allows you change the resistance also during the exercise. |
