The rotational movement pattern of the Chest Curl equipment mimic barbell exercises. On this unit the back support is also adjustable in three positions. This allow for a correct positioning. The shaped back support both increase comfort and takes the load off the spinal column during the exercise.

| Resistance Adjustment |

On all HUR units you adjust the resistance by two buttons. Pressing the black (+) button increases the resistance and the red (-) button decreases the load. This means that the resistance start at zero. This is especially appreciated by the unfit, by elderly users as well as in rehabilitation. |
| Adjustable Seat |
|
Some units have steplessly adjustable seats. To raise the seat you simply lift it to the correct height. When you release it will automatically lock in position. To lower the seat simply elevates the front of the seat that will release the locking and you can lower it to the desired height. |
| Adjustable Back Support |

The adjustable back support is available on some units. On the Leg Extension / Curl the support slides forward steplessly. On the other units, which have this option, the support is adjustable in 3 different positions. |
