The new patented my stride technology allows a patient to vary their stride, as a function of their effort, from 0-30”. For example, a patient may begin an exercise session with pain and limited movement, able to take limited steps. With increased time on the device, the pain and stiffness subsides, allowing longer strides…the machine automatically accommodates!
Conversely, a patient may begin a session with little pain and good ROM, but fatigue and or pain begin to inhibit stride length. The machine again accommodates!
Can be operated in forwards or reverse motion, with or without upper body arms!
No need for mechanical arbitrary stride adjustments!
No need for arbitrary electronic stride adjustments!
The machine is truly an “accommodating resistance” elliptical.
