Definitely the most underrated of the rolls in the “McKenzie” line, perhaps because it is the least glamorous roll to use. This roll is recommended when your sleep is disturbed by low back pain or if you wake up with pain in the morning. It ties snugly around the waist to support the lumbar spine in the resting position and is used during an episode of pain, not every night. Night Rolls are one of the most effective tools for minimizing the length of an episode of recurrent back pain. The 36" night roll is appropriate for waist sizes of 34" and smaller.
