Kinesio Tape

Kinesio® Taping

This latex-free tape supports muscles, assists lymphatic drainage, activates the endogenous analgesic systems, and corrects joint problems. Kinesio Tape is applied over muscles to reduce pain and inflammation, relax overused tired muscles, and to support muscles during movement. It is not a restrictive type of taping. It is not applied fully stretched - this point is critical for therapeutic success. It allows full range of motion, in contrast to traditional sports' taping around a joint for stabilization and support. Kinesio® Tex Tape, used for anything from headaches to foot problems and everything in-between, and the Kineseo Technique is proven to be safe, effective, and truly beneficial to patients.
Kinesio Tex® Tape’s adhesive is heat-activated and non-medicated. It is remarkably easy on the skin because it breathes and has been designed for 3-4+ day application. For maximum adhesion, allow 1 hour after taping application before contact with water.
