When we were in Germany last week with h/p/cosmos, we saw patients use & also tried out ourselves, their AirWalk SE 135 with the Locomotion 150/50 treadmill. This is the best system I have seen. The AirWalk is modeled after the Hocoma unweighting system (h/p/cosmos has supplied Hocoma with the treadmills for years & now have begun to manufacture their own).
